An Introduction

Psychology of Mind, also known as the Health Realization Model, acknowledges the innate health within every human being.

Stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, past traumatic events, the impact of present or future circumstances, are seen for what they are - a reality, created in the moment, by thought. Every man, woman and child has the innate capacity to think either in healthy productive ways or in ways that cause varying degrees of hopelessness or helplessness.
